On-Site Operations Deep Dive

In-person observation of how your business runs day-to-day, followed by a detailed breakdown of where friction, confusion, or wasted effort is hiding.
Includes: up to 8 hours on-site (in one day or across a week, depending on your needs), two follow-up sessions, and a 5-page detailed report with findings, risks, and prioritized recommendations. Available within a reasonable travel radius of Central Arkansas.
