Essential storage
Essential browser storage supports security, navigation, light or dark theme preferences, cookie choices, newsletter dismissal status, and saved progress in interactive Inbox Zero walkthroughs. These functions are available without analytics or marketing consent.
Regional defaults
For visitors identified only at the country level as being in the United States, Analytics and Marketing are enabled after that country check unless a saved preference or Global Privacy Control signal says otherwise. For visitors outside the United States, when the country is unknown, or when the check fails, optional technologies remain off until enabled through the cookie controls. Next Concepts does not receive or store a precise location from this check.
Analytics
When Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics helps measure page views and understand how the website is used. The current site uses Google Analytics measurement ID G-2PP13KQP5B. Analytics can be disabled through Cookie Preferences.
Marketing and forms
When Marketing is enabled, HubSpot tracking may support communication measurement and relationship management. HubSpot forms may also be used when you intentionally open or submit a contact, scheduling, training, or newsletter form.
Your controls
Use Cookie Preferences in the footer at any time to enable or disable Analytics and Marketing separately. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Marketing disabled. Disabling Marketing prevents future HubSpot tracking and requests removal of HubSpot tracking cookies available to the site; it does not delete previously collected information. You can also clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage may reset your theme, consent choices, newsletter status, and walkthrough progress.
Third-party services
Google and HubSpot may process data according to their own privacy and cookie practices. External scheduling or form pages you choose to open may also use their own technologies and policies.
