Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Next Concepts website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to submit through contact, scheduling, training-request, newsletter, and other forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and the details you share about your business or request.

Information collected through the website

Essential storage supports theme preferences, cookie choices, walkthrough progress, and core site behavior. For visitors identified at the country level as being in the United States, Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking are enabled after that country check unless a saved preference or Global Privacy Control signal says otherwise. Outside the United States, when the country is unknown, or when the check fails, those optional technologies remain off until enabled. The country check does not provide Next Concepts with a precise location. Cookie Preferences can be used at any time to disable Analytics or Marketing.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information or services.
  • Schedule conversations and manage client or prospective-client relationships.
  • Deliver newsletters or other communications you requested.
  • Understand and improve website performance when Analytics is enabled.
  • Protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Email communications from forms

Forms use the same country-level privacy mode described above. On forms implementing the regional standard, visitors identified only at the country level as being in the United States must affirm one combined email choice before submitting; that choice covers follow-up about the request and ongoing Next Concepts marketing emails. Outside the United States, when the country is unknown, or when the check fails, the marketing-email choice remains optional and unchecked. In that stricter mode, submitting without selecting marketing email does not grant a marketing subscription or marketing-contact status. The country check does not provide Next Concepts with a precise location.

Where the regional form standard applies, the form service verifies the country-level mode at submission and records that mode, the consent decision, source, timestamp, and disclosure version. Marketing-contact status in HubSpot is an email-tool eligibility setting and is kept aligned with the applicable marketing-email permission; the status alone is not treated as consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.

SMS Messaging

Although website forms and scheduling pages that collect a mobile phone number require it, providing that number does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging or grant SMS consent. Each such form or scheduling page presents two separate, optional, unchecked choices for service-related SMS messages and recurring marketing or promotional SMS messages. You may select either choice, both choices, or neither choice. These SMS choices are separate from consent to receive marketing email or newsletters.

If you affirmatively select service-related SMS consent, Next Concepts may use your mobile number to communicate regarding your inquiry, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested information or resources, and service-related updates. If you separately select marketing SMS consent, Next Concepts may send recurring marketing and promotional messages about services, offers, events, and new resources. Marketing messages may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages sent through the current shared Next Concepts messaging program, or reply HELP for more information. Because service and marketing messages currently use the same messaging campaign, STOP applies across that campaign rather than to only one message purpose. You can submit a request or schedule a meeting without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Mobile phone contact information and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that support delivery of our messaging services, as necessary to provide the requested communication, or when required by law.

Service providers

Next Concepts uses service providers such as HubSpot for forms, scheduling, communications, relationship management, and optional marketing measurement; Google Analytics for optional website measurement; and Netlify for website delivery, security, and the country-level privacy default. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and selling

Next Concepts does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the purposes described above, or when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or connected to a business reorganization.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can change Analytics and Marketing separately through Cookie Preferences in the footer. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Marketing disabled. Disabling future tracking does not delete information previously collected. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact Next Concepts using the address below. Some information may be retained when required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Children and external links

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Links to external websites are governed by those sites' own policies.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when website practices, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
