The story (in layers)

Where I come from

I grew up homeschooled as the oldest of nine kids in a family where entrepreneurship was normal. My dad has been a business owner most of his life, and from a young age I was involved in different parts of his work—watching how decisions, processes, and people all fit together.

What I actually do now

I work in and around small and mid-sized businesses—helping owners, managers, and teams untangle the gap between how their operation looks on paper and how it actually runs in real time.

Learning in telecom & operations

In my 13-year telecom career, I moved from call centers and retail into supporting business accounts of all sizes. That meant sitting across the table from owners and operators, listening to how their world actually works, and helping them choose systems and tools that supported those realities—not just what looked good in a brochure.

Next Concepts Consulting is the result of all of that experience: a way to bring clear, owner-centered thinking to businesses that are tired of guessing, tired of reacting, and ready to understand what's really going on inside their operation.
