Independent technology and workflow review
Understand what you have—and make the next technology decision with evidence.
The Technology Clarity Review gives you a clear view of the technology supporting your business, what it costs, who owns it, where selected workflows create friction, and which practical decisions deserve attention first.
Submit a request first. If the review is a fit, Next Concepts sends the agreement and Stripe invoice before intake begins.
One business, up to 25 active users, 20 paid technology relationships, and three recurring workflows.
Secure intake, available records, one owner interview, and up to two stakeholder interviews.
Inventory, cost baseline, evidence-based findings, confidence, and prioritized approximately 30-day actions.
Approved scope, signed agreement, and manual Stripe invoice before work begins.
When this is the right starting point
You need clarity before another technology decision.
You do not have one reliable view of your technology, costs, owners, users, or renewals
Recurring work crosses several tools, people, and handoffs, but the friction is difficult to pinpoint
You suspect overlap or underuse but do not want to make a decision from invoices alone
You want an independent decision aid before buying, replacing, automating, or committing to implementation
How the review works
Confirm the fit, build the evidence, and turn the findings into practical decisions.
The findings meeting normally occurs within 7–10 business days after the intake is complete and the final required interview is finished.
Confirm fit and scope
We confirm the business questions, standard limits, evidence availability, participants, and exclusions before you commit.
Complete agreement and payment
After the request is approved, Next Concepts sends the written agreement and a Stripe invoice. Payment is collected in full before intake begins.
Provide intake and evidence
You complete the intake and securely share available invoices, contracts, exports, usage information, screenshots, and process notes—never passwords or production credentials.
Participate in interviews
The standard review includes one owner interview and, when useful, up to two stakeholder-validation interviews.
Receive and discuss the findings
Next Concepts delivers the Technology Findings Report, presents the findings, and completes one timely factual-correction pass.
What you receive
A clear current-state record and an evidence-based next step.
The review may identify opportunities, but it does not guarantee savings or assume that replacing technology is the answer.
Best fit
A bounded review with enough participation and evidence to be useful.
- One owner-led business or legal entity with a participating decision-maker
- Up to 25 active technology users, 20 paid technology relationships, and three selected recurring workflows
- Enough available evidence to support defensible findings—or willingness to accept clearly qualified unknowns
- A need for findings and prioritization rather than immediate implementation
Not included
Implementation and specialist work require a different scope.
- An active cybersecurity incident, urgent outage, penetration test, security certification, or compliance assessment
- Managed IT, help desk, device administration, network engineering, source-code review, or technical architecture work
- Implementation, purchasing, cancellation, migration, vendor negotiation, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, or legal advice
- A request for guaranteed savings, ROI, productivity, efficiency, revenue, or other results
Start with a request—not a checkout
Let’s confirm the review fits the decisions you need to make.
Submit the request form with basic business and fit information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, production credentials, or sensitive evidence. If the scope is appropriate, Next Concepts will send the agreement and Stripe invoice directly.
